  3. Metallic finishes like oil rubbed bronze, aged bronze, and even the distressed finishes are becoming popular for fixtures and hardware.  They tend to compliment the warmer colors nicely and have a rich, expensive look.
  4. Eco friendly floors and materials (like easily replenished bamboo) are becoming more and more popular.  High efficiency glass are priorities for those looking to manage their heating/cooling costs.
  5. People are looking for relaxing, spa-like spaces.   It’s tough out there and it’s nice to come home to your own peaceful, tranquil space at the end of a hard day.
